17 Minute Resistance Band Circuit

If you’re short on time but still want a total body strength builder, this workout is a must-try! Join Adam to power through 2 sets of 8 exercises using a resistance band. As an added bonus, using a resistance band can help incorporate a good stretch while doing certain movements. No bands? No problem, you can swap out dumbbells or just use bodyweight.
