3x Challenge with Shelley

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Let’s get active 3x per week for 4 weeks and enjoy easy to follow, high energy workouts that challenge your strength, power, agility and cardio. The 3x Challenge is best suited for those advanced exercisers looking to reach new levels with their fitness. Classes will range from 18-25 minutes in length with no equipment needed.
