Learn to Structure a 45 Minute Bootcamp

Join Adam as he guides you through how to build your own bootcamp! You'll choose 10 body-weight or strength movements and incorporate cardio between each movement. Your aim is to complete each set for a total of six minutes, and then take a 30-60 second break.
