Whether you’re looking to establish a new healthy routine, achieve a specific fitness goal, recover from an injury, or simply want to try something different, we have the right trainer for you. No matter what your goal (or goals) are, our team will help you learn the correct form, create a customized plan according to your goals and current lifestyle, and provide a diverse set of solutions to help you stay on track, reach your goals, and get to a healthier place.
After a 45-minute consultation to learn more about you and your fitness goals, our personal trainers will develop a customized program and review it with you in a follow-up appointment! Please note, that this service is $150 and for the program only - it does not include 1-1 personal training sessions.
