Move Better Swing Better

July is the perfect time to get into golf. The sun’s out, the days are long, and it’s a great season to spend more time outdoors. If you want to feel better on the course or get started with more confidence, this challenge is for you.  

We’re focusing on something often overlooked in golf: mobility. Tight hips, stiff shoulders, and a locked-up back can hold back your swing. That’s why we’re keeping it simple with short, easy mobility workouts designed to help you move better and swing stronger.  

The routines include quick warmups you can do before a round or anytime to ease stiffness. We’ve also added some core work to support your swing and improve overall movement.  

Mobility isn’t just about flexibility; it’s about strength, control, and moving freely. When all of that comes together, your swing feels smoother and more powerful, and your body feels better, too.  

Join us three times a week this July and feel the difference in your body and your game.
