With the holidays approaching, it’s easy to forget to take time to look after ourselves with all the hustle and bustle. Workouts get skipped and we don’t take time to let our minds and bodies fully relax.  

Want to feel good this December? Olivia, Christina and Gali are Santa’s little elves this year and here to help! Enjoy four weeks of short yoga flows to detox your body and mind, Pilates to keep you fit in 20 minutes or less, and meditations to help you let go of the seasonal stress!

With all the hustle and bustle going on, it’s easy for our workouts to be put on the side burner and forgotten. Join Christina for her total body Pilates workouts this week. They’re only 20 minutes, meaning you can fit them in between binging your favourite Hallmark movies or while waiting for the cookies to finish baking.
